The Analysis On The Relationship Of High-speed Railway Accessibility And The Strength Of Economic Linkage In Liaoning Province

The improvement of traffic conditions has an important impact on the variation in the strength of regional economic linkage.The construction of high speed railway shortens the time distance between regions and improves the level of inter regional accessibility.The improvement of accessibility level is helpful to promote the enhancement of regional spatial effect and strengthen the social economic factors.This paper takes 14 prefecture level cities in Liaoning Province as the research object and takes the three time points of 2010,2015 and2020 as time section.2010 represents a time point before the opening of high-speed railway.2015 represents a time point after the opening of high-speed railway.2020 represents a time point when the planned high-speed rail will be built.Then the paper analyzes the accessibility level and economic linkage intensity of 14 prefecture level cities in Liaoning Province.Based on coupling coordination model,we analysis and evaluate the coupling coordination between accessibility and economic linkages about 14 prefecture level cities in Liaoning Province,the results show that:(1)The completion and opening of high-speed railway has significantly enhanced the level of accessibility in Liaoning province level cities.But due to regional differences of geographical location,railway line grade and social and economic development,The construction and opening of high speed railway have different effects on the accessibility of the cities in Liaoning Province.Within the dimension of space,the level of accessibility of cities in Liaoning province presents a "center periphery" that is centered around Shenyang,Anshan and Liaoyang,with the Shenyang economic zone as the periphery.There is a decline distribution from the central area to the outside.The level of accessibility is along main traffic lines.(2)The level of economic ties between the cities of Liaoning Province during the period of 2010-2020 is significantly improved.But due to regional differences of economicdevelopment level,transport conditions and the level of regional economic cooperation,there are differences in the level of regional economic cooperation.The intensity level of economic relation forms the spatial distribution pattern.Shenyang economic zone is the high value area,the city of the important transportation line is the secondary high value area,the marginal less-developed city is the low value area.(3)On the whole,the coupling between accessibility and economic linkage intensity in Liaoning province is in the coordination stage.But the coupling coordination is in the low level.The degree of coupling coordination between regions is large.The relationship between economic ties and railway accessibility is not so harmonious.(4)Finally,this paper puts some suggestions on the coordinated development of traffic and economy in Liaoning Province from the aspects on improvement of transportation conditions,improving the level of regional economic cooperation and the development of regional characteristic industries,and provides the theory to promote the coordinated development of accessibility and economic ties in various cities in Liaoning Province guide...
