The development of social economy and division of labor, the market competition become more and more fierce. Facing ficerce competition, company must focus on there core business, which makes more companies prefer to give logistics to professional logistics company,so third-party logistics company gave birth. Be known as "the third party is the third profit source" has been developing rapidly, and is playing more and more important role in logistics market, the impact on the economy is becoming more and more obvious. The development of the third party can’t only reduce product company logistic cost, but also integrated a number of idle social logistics resources, to promote the development of many fields related with logistics services, and stimulated the development of the national economy.In this paper, D logistics company as a research object, its operational management problems individually analyzed and studied to solve optimization.
