Study On Manufacturing Outsource Supplier Selection Of Company A In Dynamic Alliance

As global market is being found step by step and social specialization deepens further, more and more enterprises focus their strength on specific areas. In order to reach win-win cooperation, the enterprises having core competence build up various dynamic alliances gradually. Different from traditional enterprises, this kind of enterprises alliance has characteristics as virtuality, agility, aligned. Therefore, in their vendor selection process, the vendor selection indicator system for traditional manufactures can not be suitable, so it is necessary to aim at the above characteristics and build up a new indicator system and mold from the aspects, such as skills of market responsiveness and synergic development.In the context of the dynamic alliance developed based on value chain theory development, this paper firstly introduced some concepts, such as dynamic alliance and outsourcing production, and reviewed the theory on supplier selection indices system and methods. Secondly, by analyzing situation of company A and its industry, the article focused on exploring the existing suppliers' structure, supplier selection process and problems for company A. Thirdly, according to the analysis of survey data and features of company A, the thesis built up supplier selection indices system and gauge table for company A based on dynamic alliance, also used analytic hierarchy process for indices weight, and meanwhile got company A supplier selection model by fuzzy evaluation method. As the basis of the model, company A supplier selection process was re-designed. Two of existing suppliers of company A were studied as the empirical researches for proving the model effectiveness. At last, the author summarized the research results and point out the deficiency of this paper.
