Then build an evaluation system based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. During the selection, first, pre-selection is begun, then selection, and use the SPSS software to provide a scientific basis for M enterprise, furthermore to provide a reference for a enterprise to find a 3PL.
