As the trend of global economic integration process more and more obvious, any enterprise can’t remain competitive in all areas, to protect the competitiveness of enterprises, enterprise must make a choice. At present, enterprises focus more attention on their core competitiveness, and make the other non-core resources outsourcing, thus forming a transportation from the "horizontal integration" to "vertical integration", which made the third-party logistics enterprize come into being and get a development.Third-party logistics suppliers should have the characters which can help enterprise to improve core competitiveness, reduce logistics cost and optimize the resources both internal and external. When build the evaluation index of third-party logistics suppliers, it needs to begin with our own internal aspects, make the hardware and software capabilities into consideration, from the three factors of logistics cost, operational efficiency, development prospects a third-party logistics supplier evaluation index system should be built.Based on such environmental conditions, the study is focus on how to establish a set method which can help the enterprise to find a third-party logistics supplier evaluation and selection methods.This method will take the outsourcing activities as a guide, and follow the combination of theory and practice, the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the combination of preselection and selection which constitutes a combination of "three-pronged" principle as a means.This article will focus on the evaluation of third-party logistics suppliers for M enterprise, elaborate the relevent theories of third-party logistics and third party logistics suppliers. Take the hardware and software ability into consideration from their own internal and external environmental factors, and further study the logistics capabilities, operating efficiency, the development prospects. Then build an evaluation system based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. During the selection, first, pre-selection is begun, then selection, and use the SPSS software to provide a scientific basis for M enterprise, furthermore to provide a reference for a enterprise to find a 3PL.
