With the global economic development, information and data have become the leading force in business. The big data era’s arrival brings the smart phone, cloud process, cloud computing, but the great change in life, work and thinking as well. Data mining and analysis are more than the need of daily work, they are the important basis to forecast future trend and make business strategy. In business sales, how to collect the right data and scientifically analyze its value will deeply influence every step in strategy decision-making and its implementation. CRM application in sales data tracking, analysis and management will greatly help enterprises precisely and effectively grasp and leverage business opportunities and, maximize efficiency.The author takes an example of a manufacturing enterprise by using SFDC and SAP systems to manage and monitor sales pipeline and order, discuss how to applying CRM system and information management system to improve sales management efficiency and win loss ratio, in order to expand market share and make strategy planning. Meanwhile, another achievement in this research is to improve the S Company’s current sales management process to make it more suitable to the market change needs based on the discussions in the research.
