At present, the higher and newer demand is put forward to fit in with the needs of the development of whole society and the reform and development of enterprise. It is an important work for improving enterprise selling that a modern selling management system based on information technique, computer technique and network technique is established. It is also the precondition of realizing the modernization of sales management and scientific decision in enterprises.Sales as the key link of enterprise affairs acts the role of transform point between logistics and capital flow. The level of selling management affects directly the subsistence of enterprise. Therefore the selling holds a very important position in enterprise. Sales management of Guangzhou M Shoes Making Co., LTD. adopts mainly manual operation. The main disadvantages of manual model are more links, inefficient, disunity data and poor real-time capability of information. These disadvantages can lead to decision failure. Thus, with the development of computer technique and network technique and quick popularization of enterprise informatization, to build a sales management information system is of momentous current significance.Before establishing selling management information system oriented current enterprise, this paper combines reconstruction theory of enterprise with the reality situation of enterprise, and optimize the institutional framework and business procedure firstly. All of these provide a premise ensure for sales management information system. Then we carry on system analysis and wholedesign according to new business procedure.Intranet of enterprise is constructed and sales management information system on this platform is designed. This system includes eight subsystems, such as distribution management subsystem, aid decision support subsystem, etc. Especially prediction before the matter, control in the matter and analysis after the matter are used in the control of sales expense to ensure that enterprise controls the sales and deduces the sales expense effectively. With using this system the level of sales management is upgraded and core competitive ability is increased. It makes the enterprise more vigorous.
