Since the national Pharmaceutical management government handled the GSK affairs,which including improve the quality of certification approve,quality control on products,the most important points were two tickets system and merchandize.Under these rules controlled,the more and more no compliance manufacture companies and merchandize companies will face the challenge of the business compliance risk.It is the most important topic for management to face,how to adapt the serious situation of the marketing of pharmaceutical,it is also the target and requirement.For this,ANW’s high level management want to build one sales management system.The articleanalyze the situation of the information system with relevant tools and knowledge.From four characters,do the program and analysis on this new project.This article is using the knowledgeof MBA which based on the analyzing on the fact of ANW’s business and system,provide the strategy and proposal on the new sales channel control and management system.From the 1st character,introduce the scope and meaning of the topic.Following on 2nd character,introduce the project management knowledge and use the corporation culture knowledge analyze the management information system structure and building.On the basement of 2nd character,from 3rd character use SWOT tool to analyze the qualities of create the new business channel control system,and present the new system design of procedure and develop program.Finally,on 5th character,present what is the safeguard and how to implement the project,include the organization chart and training work.Through all these,this novel use all serious knowledge and analysis to provide one new successful project program for ANW sales channel management control system.
