Now, people demand for traffic convenience more and more intense with the rapid economic development. It is not able to meet the growing demand relying solely on the basis of traffic building more roads. We should use the existing road transport facilities efficiently, which requires the use of advanced information, communication, and control technology to achieve integration of the existing transport network management and control. It is to maximize the efficiency of the existing road transport system. Therefore, the transportation road construction starts toward intelligent direction in order to achieve a substantial increase capacity and quality of service network. This requires a strong highway system to support efficient operation of mechanical and electrical infrastructure to connect the various sections to form a national smooth and safe road network. Highway projects electromechanical systems get more and more attention and procurement management occupies a key position in this project. In this paper, we research and analysis the electrical and mechanical systems of YXY company on highway project management processes to optimize existing procurement on the basis of previous studies with working practices. It concluded as my company’s project case. We should be centralized purchasing in highway electrical and mechanical systems projects because of so many projects in the procurement goods. Meanwhile, it is not only to ensure that it did100%every aspect of the job completely in the procurement process, but also to work closely together in all aspects according to the highway electromechanical systems engineering project procurement management deliverables for each logical relationship. And we manage the quality and quantity to complete the purchase and promote the realization of the whole project objectives and maximize profits ultimately.
