| To cope with the higher degree of mechanization and electriifcation in coal miningindustry these days, more effort should be made so as to improve the electromechanicaldevice management lever. According to the in-depth analysis of HuaTing coal mineenterprise’ electromechanical management, great defects have been found. The importance ofelectromechanical management in ifrst line production did not be realized and mechanical andelectrical management level does not reach the designated position. The executive force isinsuiffcient and the technical force is weak. The mechanical and electrical management in theproduction site is in chaos. Through the analysis of the cause of the reasons of the existdefects, we found that there are many clues to explain these. First the mainly mechanical andelectrical management guiding ideology is not clear. Second，ruling by man is more thanruling by law. Third, the management implementation is not perfect in some points. Four,incentives does not reach the designated position, etc.Combined with total production maintenance equipment management method, and thetally system, on-site management was thought in this paper. According to the actual situationof Hua Ting coal mine，the study completed the electrical and mechanical equipment ifrst linemanagement optimization design including coal production line6s management and staffrationalization proposals. And it has established a system combined with professionalmechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and the autonomous maintenanceequipment management. The speciifc implementation was introduced in the following part. Inaddition to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization management measures areproposed in this paper. In the study we put forward the mechanical and electrical managementresearch direction in the future. HuaTing coal mine electromechanical equipment linemanagement optimization measures have realistic signiifcance. |
