Creativity is not only a high level of thinking mode, but also a breakthrough in process. Now human society has entered the area of innovation, with human creativity rapidly developed than ever before. Concept innovation, technology innovation, knowledge innovation, ability of innovation, system innovation, and management innovation is all closely around us. Creativity, which is the core element of restricts individuals, businesses, the social existence and development, become the standard of judge a man who belong to the first-class talent or third-rate talent. While in the coal mining enterprises, team leader as a "soldiers head to tail" plays an important role for enterprise development, so how to use a team leader is one of the important topics in the study of coal mining enterprises. Team leader is the main bridge of coal enterprise management and worker, which creativity directly affect the safety production, production cost and production efficiency of coal enterprise. So, the creativity assessment model of team leader provides an important basis for coal mining enterprises to select, train, promote and assess team leader. This thesis emphasis on the creativity of team leader in coal mining enterprises, which analysis the present situation of team leader creativity problem and its influencing factor. The thesis explores the inner regularity of creativity and research how to improve it. For example, record your ideas at any time, modify the existing thing to create new one, widely listen to others’ opinions and ideas and good at observation and thinking. Team leader, which is a special group in coal mining enterprises, with the organic combination of creativity which is a kind of the thinking mode, according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to build evaluation model of creativity, which assess the team leader’s quality, ability, potential development, for coal mining enterprises to select, train, appoint, evaluate team leader to provide theoretical support and practical guidance, in order to improve the quality of team leader in the coal mining enterprises, to achieve safe and efficient mining of coal mining enterprises and build type essence safety mine has important theory value and practical significance.
