Research On Mixed Procurement Strategy In Process Enterprises Application

According to the characteristic of process enterprise raw materials inventory at this topic,through the research on enterprise inventory managemen, material classification method andpurchasing strategy puts forward the concept of mixed procurement strategy. Materials for theprocess enterprises are classified by four types. Research on different (Q, r) and (t, S)procurement strategy model, the optimal total cost of inventory model is put forward. SPSS andMATLAB sofeware was using to analysis the model, and determine the optimal parameters andcost of the model. A strategy which developed a model approach has practical significance ofreference for the procurement.The thesis is divided to into six chapter, the main contents are as follows:Chapter One: Prolegomenon. This chapter was describe the background of processenterprise, and research on the inventory and mixed procurement strategy of process enterpriseanalysis in domestic and oversees. Thesis was point the purpose and significance. Finally, itillustrates the main content, method, technology and innovation points.Chapter Two: Research on the characteristics of process enterprise and inventory of mixedprocurement strategy. This chapter was mainly put forward the mixed procurement strategy. It isintroduces that the characteristics of process enterprise, mode of production and inventory, whichchoice the procurement strategy by classifying materials, elicit the mixed procurement strategyand set up the strategy model.Chapter Three: Research on the (Q, r) procurement strategy of process enterprise. Thischapter mainly established the (Q, r) procurement strategy and sentivity analysis. It’s introducethe applicable conditions of (Q, r) procurement strategy and modeling idea, then it describe thequantitative ordering method. Based on the needs of uncertainties was bulid a model. Finallyuncertainties and parameter sentivity analysis to determined the impact of total cost. It’s a realpractical reference for enterprise.Chapter Four:(t, S) procurement strategy model. This chapter mainly established the (t,S) procurement strategy and sentivity analysis. It’s applied to materials which have low price andsmall amount to set up the model. At first, it analysis the application of regular ordering methed,then uncertainties and parameter sentivity analysis to determined the impact of total cost. Chapter Five: Research on example application. This chapter mainly introduces the state ofenterprise. According to the model of thesis to improve the total cost. Firstly, it chooses theprocurement strategy by the character of company inventory, then SPSS and MATLAB sofewarewas using to analysis the model, and determine the optimal parameters and cost of the model.Chapter Six: Conclusion and prospect. Contents of this thesis was summarized the researchresults and elaborate the shortcoming.
