Today, GTBs is a very important means of non-tariff barriers in international trade, especially in the agricultural sector and related industries, which account for a large proportion. Therefore, GTBs should be solved to ensure agricultural products own a sustainable development. GTBs as one of Non-tariff barriers, were born in the1970s, and develop in a high speed in international trade. Developed countries always set GTBS for protecting their own industries, thus preventing imports from other countries. This is a negative factor for developing countries which want to expand export markets, and increasing the rate of economic growth. With the development of economy, China has strengthened her trades with other countries. Due to GTBs in foreign trade, China has been suffering great losses, especially in the range of agricultural trade. In recent years, on the one hand, GTBs have become a major obstacle in China’s agricultural exports; on the other hand, China’s agricultural exports are facing great challenges. In China, agricultural trade occupies a considerable share in total foreign trade. So, China wants to protect its own agricultural trade, it is necessary to study the issues about GBTs. Only in this way can China’s agricultural exports be strengthened in competitively and can GBTS could be broken through maximally and can China be in a more advantage position in international trade. This paper starts with the agricultural trade conflicts between China and South Korea. Then the paper studies the two aspects of the internal causes from China and South Korea. Based on statistical data about agricultural exports this paper analyzes the past Chinese trade type, amount and restricted the types of agricultural products; At last, for how to deal with South Korea GTBs, some constructive suggestions are put forward. Specific measures need the common efforts of the government, associations, and enterprises. Its responses are as follows:Firstly, the Chinese government should improve their own requirements, so that the country’s agricultural exports gradually reach international standards. Secondly, China should take full advantage of the international trading system and rules so that to deal with GTBs and to protect national interests. Thirdly, the relevant departments should adjust inspection and quarantine system to make some progress. Fourthly, agricultural export enterprises should be strongly supported so that they are against shocks from the global economic changes and GTBs in international trade. Fifthly, enterprises should actively apply for international certification. Sixthly, China needs to build a sound GAP, origin identification, traceability systems, and certification system and so on. Seventhly, enterprises should enhance the awareness of brand of agricultural products.China’s agricultural trade and international trade could not develop without the government. So, in order to better solve the problem of GTBs, the government should increase investment in similar problems and protect their own interests in a positive attitude and reasonable means.
