The achievements of the Chinese economy in the recent three decades have attracted amount of researchers to explore the "Management Reasons" of the rapid development. Consequently, Chinese Theories of Management have grown up fast. As Daniel A. Wren says, management is the infant of the culture. So the researches of Chinese management should go deep into the Chinese culture. According to the Barney&Zhang(2009) Chinese management ought to be divided into two parts. One is the "Theories of Chinese Management" namely, TCM, the other is "Chinese Theories of Management" namely, CTM. The former one focused on the adjustment of the western theories. Essentially, they are the developments of the western management theories, not the construction of the Chinese management theories. The other one paid more attention on the thoughts of management, such as Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism, Military Thought and Legalism. They have summarized some Chinese Theories of Management. Although it has remarkable Chinese characteristics, it still stays in the philosophic level lack of the practice. Thus, the demand of the third way in the Chinese Theories of Management is emergent, just through the field research, case study and grounded analysis to conclude the Chinese Theories of Management. The H·T technology development Co., Ltd. Beijing is one of the rare enterprises, which follows the essences of Chinese traditional culture. After the practice of Di Zi Gui in2007, the company performance, organizational culture and the satisfaction of employees have been improved largely. The paper takes the company as a typical case, making research on its organizational culture by using tacit knowledge view. To clarify the features of the organizational culture and the method of sharing the core value, field research and grounded theory are used. Hopefully, the conclusions could make contributions to the third routine of Chinese Theories of Management. This research mainly used the grounded theory. After the literature review arid telephone interviews we followed the steps, open coding, axial coding and selective coding on the basis of the raw data. Firstly, we obtained the dimensions of the case, which consist of core thoughts and manifestation. Core thoughts includes behaving oneself strict, taking care of parents and loving siblings, altruism and concerning others, thanksgiving and repaying to the society and following traditions. The elements of the leader, external manifestation and activities of enterprises constitute the manifestation. Compared with both the eastern and western typical organizational culture dimensions, these dimensions have wider ranges and clearer local features.Secondly, it is the analysis of tacit knowledge. Organizational culture is regarded as tacit knowledge. The concepts are explained from the grounded analysis, especially the core thoughts and manifestation. This type of organizational culture is global context, dealing with others and pragmatic orientation in core thoughts. To sharing the values gradually, the whole process depends on the manifestation and follows the knowledge spiral model, which contains external, combination, internal and sociality. During the whole process, each stage should follow the corresponding knowledge management strategy.Thirdly, the conclusions are drawn from organizational culture perspective, knowledge management perspective and the relationship between them respectively. This research demonstrated that the organizational culture of the special type, Di Zi Gui is an effective practice of the combination of Chinese traditional culture and enterprise’s operation.Eventually, the conclusions of the research clarify the basic dimensions of local organizational culture, and have a distinct Chinese feature. Moreover, this paper tries to complete the second research routine of Chinese management and also provides experience of the third research routine. Meanwhile, the knowledge management view breaks the old structure of organizational culture, and offers a new method of the research of organizational culture.
