The advent of knowledge economy era, let the leaders in organizations began to pay attention to knowledge brings organizational performance, and organizational knowledge exists in two forms, one is the dominant knowledge another is the tacit knowledge, tacit knowledge accounted for more than 80% of the number of general knowledge is tacit knowledge, improve the resulting sharing bring the performance to the organization is very significant. Therefore it is necessary to research the influence of tacit knowledge on organization performance brought by the. At the same time, any organization in the long-term course of business, will form their own unique organizational culture organizational culture is not moment without in the influence of organizational aspects, inevitably will affect on the sharing of tacit knowledge. Types of organizational culture based on the Goffee and Jones are classified as the breakthrough point, the effects of four types of organizational culture of tacit knowledge sharing are studied, respectively based on the research on tacit knowledge every type of tissue culture of sharing effect on organizational performance. To enterprises in Shanxi Province as the major source of data through data collection and statistical analysis descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate linear regression relationship between the software SPSS 19.0 and organizational performance in different tissue types of tacit knowledge sharing under culture. The empirical results show that:the organization in the daily management in the process of long-term formed organizational culture type is different, if the organization is the formation of network organization culture or a shared culture, these two types of organizational culture and sharing of tacit knowledge into positive correlation, positive correlation with organizational performance sharing tacit knowledge in this type of organizational culture conditions. At the same time, the influence degree of these two kinds of tissue culture of tacit knowledge sharing are the difference, shared strength to influence organizational culture on the tacit knowledge is higher than the impact of network organization culture on the tacit knowledge sharing. If the organization is the formation of palliation culture organization culture or profit organization, these two types of organizational culture and tacit knowledge sharing a negative correlation, and is negatively related to organizational performance of tacit knowledge sharing in this type of organizational culture conditions. At the same time, the influence degree of these two kinds of tissue culture of tacit knowledge sharing are the difference palliation organization culture on the tacit knowledge of the negative impact strength is higher than profit impact of organizational culture on the tacit knowledge sharing.
