Based on the current world economic integration, the cooperation between banks and thecompetition is becoming increasingly fierce, the personalized needs of customers has becomeincreasingly strong, operation and management of macro economic situation and internalcustomer demand for commercial banks to bring serious threat. Bank of China as one of thefour state-owned banks, domestic payment business has been in the same industry leadingposition, but it is also currently facing many problems. First, with the depth of the opening offinancial markets, foreign banks with strong capital strength and advanced managementexperience have to seize the Chinese financial market, the increasingly fierce competition inthe industry. Second, with the continuous development and improvement of the domesticcapital market, the gradual liberalization of the country’s financial regulation, diversifiedfinancial market development, policy advantages of state-owned banks is gradually reduced.Third is the increasing homogenization of financial products, competition among bankscompete directly from the front marketing tools, and gradually shift the competition tobackstage overall operational capability, operators urgent need to enhance the level of service.To sum up, the bank inherent in the business model, the concept of service has been unable tomeet the future requirements of the development, the existing system function, processarchitecture there are many defects and shortcomings, reform is imperative, we mustcontinuously optimize the existing process, improve work efficiency, improve the servicelevel, gain competitive advantages.Based on the study of how the Bank of China Hebei branch payment business processoptimization domestic reform process, grasp several principles, namely, taking into accountthe needs of customers and front-teller, based on certain basic theoretical research,optimization recommendations realistic, forward-looking vision for the future lead. This paperis divided into five parts,The first part introduces the importance of the domestic interbankpayment business process optimization, and then focus on the domestic and foreign researchstatus overview of process optimization, together, foreign scholars study in practice moreleading banks, research focus of many scholars to stay at the macro level.The second partintroduces the basic situation of Bank of China in Hebei domestic interbank payment services, and with the other three state-owned banks in the domestic interbank outward remittance fees,remittances limit, the product range has done a detailed comparison, the whole, domesticinterbank four state-owned banks in the province outward remittance services less innovativeproducts, services, content is similar, more intense competition.The third part of the statusquo processes Bank of China branch in Hebei Province domestic interbank payment servicesare analyzed, to take a questionnaire survey methods, for12secondary branches for corporatecustomers, private customers, the three groups of employees within the line, draw customersimportant information multiple dimensions preferences, business, service evaluation, and withthe research tool to analyze the problems of the existing business processes.The fourth part ofthe foreign and domestic banking process reengineering and optimization of advancedexperience are summarized, and came to the Bank of China, Hebei Province, processoptimization inspiration for the follow-up study found the right direction, laid the theoreticalfoundation.The fifth part of the scattered contents of the system are summarized, presented apractical problem for the practical existence of existing processes, specifically optimized forimmediate measures to bring direct guidance for the current practice is to micro-solutions; atthe same time, Bank of China, Hebei Province, process optimization for the direction andfuture direction of the bank, the customer needs to the overall, long-term inter-bank paymentto enhance the bank’s domestic business in the future competitiveness as the goal, planningmacro solutions.
