Under the background of global economic integration, the economicandfinancial activities have become increasingly frequent, the competition amongcommercial banks is more and more intense. Customer preferences vary from minuteto minute and the increasingly strong demand for personalized, serious challenges tothe management of commercial banks’ existing are also presented. Although theinternational payment business Chinese bank has been in a leading position in theindustry, but with the foreign banks, fast fierce exchange company and the influx ofdomestic trade in the foreign exchange markets, the international payment businessChina bank market share being constantly eroded, the old service concept, businessmodel, the framework has been unable to meet the requirements of future thedevelopment, reform be imperative.Facing the increasingly fierce competition, a pressing matter of the moment is toimplement the transformation to the traditional banking business model, serviceconcept and business process, realize to take the customer as the center, to themarketing oriented direction, separation to achieve full line of flat management infront, back-end operations, to be worthy of the name of the internationalization ofcommercial banks mode transition services. Only continuous "optimize processes,improve efficiency", and constantly improve the level of service of internationalpayment business, in order to keep the competitive advantage in the future marketcompetition.With increasing of service awareness and risk accident frequency, commercialbanks to improve efficiency, risk prevention is increasing, the inevitable betweentraditional business process and the bank’s own business development conflicts.Faced with this contradiction, domestic banks gradually is committed to the core system and business process reengineering, but also established a starting from thecore system, high concentration, channel, data integration strategy.This paper analyzes Chinese international bank payment clearing businessprocesses and optimize the direction from the four parts. The first part introduces thenecessity of the reform of current liquidation process and urgency, expounds thetheoretical basis and research methods of process optimization. The second partanalyses the international payment business specific were, divided into internationalremittance and the remittance, enough to describe the situation of business processes,on base of SWOT analysis of international receipts and payments business Chinesebank, to clear the customer perception as cuts into the spot, the grass-roots level,in-depth industry to carry out on-site survey the interbank market, competition andthe basic situation of the customer, the some suggestions to improve the existingbusiness processes, identify the direction for further research. The third part toanalyze the problem, and the optimization of the corresponding reform measures aresuggested. In brainstorming the existing process problems at the same time, also withthe help of a fishbone diagram analysis tools were summarized on the dispersion ofcontent, and puts forward the micro solutions for specific practical problems, in themacroscopic solution to the payment business development direction of internationalfuture problems, namely to meet business development as the premise, optimizationbase flow; to construct the process bank as a guide, business process reengineering; toserve the wisdom of banks as the goal, the design of future operations.
