The Multi-National Corporation becomes more common with the continuousdevelopment of economic. Hence Iinternational assignment becomes more andmore frequently. International human resource is more and more important.The first chapter of this paper is to discuss the important of internationalHuman resources. The second chapter describes the content of internationalhuman resource management. And summarize the content of expatriaterecruitment training career develepement performance evaluation andrepatriation management. In the third chapter it focuses on the compensationand benefits management for expatriate which is the core of international humanresource management. It summarizes the current problems of most companies.The main problem in compensation is the design of salary structure base oninternational assignment. And the high allocation problem during benefit design.And there are some advices refer to some mateirals. In the fourth chapter, ittakes Schneider Expatriate salary management as one sample give one deep viewof how it use COL cost of living index and QOL quality of living indes to buildup the salary structure. And there are some unreasonable places duringSchneider current salary manament. And also some problem on payment ofinternational cost. In addition this chapter also make a describtion of benefitdesign and the problems of this design which is different operation differentbenfit level during branch offices Security training Repatriation managementhigh benfit allocation and so on.oFinally, this paper summarizes the variousproblems and relevant countermeasures as well as the prospect of future trend.
