The Study On The Effect Of Rural Financial Development On Living Quality Of Farmers In Anhui Province

Anhui is an agricultural province.The 3 dimensional agrarian issues concerning the growth of steady economy and the construction of harmonious society in Anhui province.With the process of financial reforms in rural areas,Anhui does efforts to improve support system of rural finance,which helps to stimulate the development of the 3 dimensional agrarian reforms including agriculture,rural areas,farmers effectively.However,“human-oriented” is the core and goal of the development of things.Both the policy of the new rural construction and the policy of beautiful country construction,the substantive requirement of their content about agricultural development,farmer affluence,ecological and livable country etc is to improve farmers' s living quality.Therefor,improving farmers' s living quality by financial assistance is the key to play the role of financial supporting to solve the 3 dimensional agrarian issues.In view of the effect of rural financial development on farmers' s living quality,this paper study the main issues along the following lines: firstly,reviewing the theories about the development of rural finance and the living quality of farmer and defining the concept of the two;Then,illustrating the positive effect of rural financial development on the improvement of farmers' s living quality from mechanism and ways;moreover,explaining the importance of improving farmers' s life and the financial support for farmers' s life based on the analysis of the status of farmers' s living quality and the insufficient of fiscal support in Anhui province.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status of the rural financial supply and demand by applying the data of statistics yearbook and relative research project in Anhui province;moreover,studying the satisfaction degree of rural financial supply to demand by comparing the degree of credit rationing in Anhui province to this in other 30 province in china;then finding the concrete behaviors of the insufficient financial support for agriculture,rural areas,farmers by combining the above analysis.Thirdly,from the empirical point of view and in the objective perspective,this paper studies mainly the relationship between rural financial development and the living quality of farmers and the real effect of financial support on farmers' s life by constructing appropriate index system,using factor and econometric analysis.The result shows that both in the long term and short term,the expansion of rural financial scale can help to improve farmers' s living quality;but the efficiency of rural finance is not helpful and even negative in Anhui province.Moreover,the result of comparative analysis with anotherprovinces shows that the size of rural loans is smaller and the farmers' s living quality is lower relatively.Finally,in the sum of the result of above analysis,the paper advises four suggestions based on the goal of improving the living quality of farmer in anhui province,including strengthening the support of rural finance to agricultural production,increasing the supply of rural consumption credit,increasing funding for rural infrastructure construction and rural environment and so on.In addition,Considering the obvious difference of economy,culture and society among the different areas in china,we can find that if this paper only focus on Anhui province,the result of the study is one-sided and not persuasive.Therefore,this paper get into close study by using comparative analysis in some parts that can help to find the limited support of rural finance and make valuable recommendations easily in Anhui province.
