The Game Analysis Of Industry Vertical Cooperative Innovation Based On Supply Chain Financing

With the intensified market competition and shorter time from technology to products, for enterprises, innovation must be initialized in a more effective way and innovation mode promoted in order to improve efficiency and avoid risk innovation. Additionally, through constant innovation practice, enterprises gradually realize the necessity of cooperation within industrial chain. However, due to small and medium-sized enterprise financing has become increasingly difficult, independent innovation risk for enterprises is on a rise. How to finance enterprise technology innovation investment becomes the core issue in vertical innovation practice.This paper researches how enterprises in automobile industry chain utilize the model of supply chain financing to finance for technology innovation as well as reduce innovation risk. In this paper, a vertical cooperative innovation game model is constructed. From the view of supply chain financing for technology innovation, with the help of backward induction, the paper aims at a double check industrial structure including an upstream supplier providing intermediate products and downstream manufacturer making final products, and a triple check industrial structure including an upstream supplier providing intermediate products, a middle manufacturer making final products and a downstream distributor selling final products. Then I compare the strategy selections and expected profit functions under different innovation condition within industrial chain. It turns out that with respect to noncooperation innovation, cooperation innovation possess the higher expected industry chain profit, optimal output and innovation degree. According to the results, this paper puts forward pertinent policy suggestions for further implement of "enterprise as the main part" innovation strategy, establishment of various comprehensive cooperation mode and foundation of enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism centering on core enterprises.
