Case Study On Technology Innovation Management Of Nuclear Power Equipment Of DHI

In this thesis, with the technology innovation management of DHI nuclear power equipment as a case study, by the investigation on the status of nuclear power equipment and technology innovation about DHI, combined with management of R&D personnel, technical innovation management system, management information systems and technology innovation project portfolio management, and other management theory, analysis the problems of DHI nuclear power equipment technology innovation, give the adaptive management program to make DHI nuclear power equipment and technology innovation developing more better.This thesis focused on the topic of nuclear power equipment and technology innovation management of DHI, and investigated the status of technology innovation,such as corporate officers loss phenomenon, lack of innovation management system, a new technology market progress difficult and portfolio management lack of scientific analysis, identify the source of the problem. Combined R&D personnel management theory, base on the ability of R&D personnel requirements, classification and management measures, analyze the reasons for DHI nuclear equipment and technology innovation department staff turnover and fault phenomena; with the theory of technology innovation management methods, analysis the results of DHI nuclear power equipment technology innovation system can’t meet the new situation of the old system; combine theory of management information systems, analysis of DHI nuclear equipment and technology innovation and market engagement is not combining enough; through technical innovation project portfolio management theory, analysis the root of the problem nuclear equipment and technology innovation DHI department in project portfolio management.Eventually, through the proposals and measures of planning DHI nuclear power equipment and technology innovation management system, improve R&D personnel incentive system, broaden the channels of communication and scientific R&D and marketing personnel and project portfolio management, to speed up the process of marketization of DHI nuclear power equipment and technology innovation.
