The Countermeasure Research Of New-generation Migrant Workers’ Social Integration Situation In Shenyang

Migrant workers refer to workers who still retain farmer identity registered as agricultura1population census, while being hired by enterprises and institutions engaged in secondary in dustry and tertiary industry, their main income comes from labor wages. New-generation migr ant workers mainly refer to who born after1980, working in town while holding agricultural p opulation census. According to State Statistical Bureau<2013The national survey of migrant workers Monitoring Report>, the total amount of migrant workers in Chinaby2013is166.1million people, including old generation migrant workers about65.49million people and new generation migrant workers about100.61million people.Nowadays, the theoretical studies that focus on migrant workers that involves foreign ma inly include:Study on regularity of population migration, Study on the relationship between p opulation migration and city development, Adaptation and inclusion of migrant. The domestic researches mainly choose four aspects which are migrant theory, psychology, sociology and c ultural anthropology to discuss.Based on the survey above, I combine the actual situation of new-generation of migrant workers in Shenyang, target for their difficulties during their integration into society such as e mployment, marriage, health, identity and organizational ownership, etc. In the meantime, I d o thoroughly research in their current condition and the basic features of their social integratio n. In order to help them out of the tough situation of their integration into the city and the com munity, I propose that we should build practical programs to truly make new-generation of mi grant workers be able to love the city, into the city, and root the city. It will bring us a more pr ofile and found significance since they contribute to accelerate the construction of our city, pr omote urban and rural development and maintain the social stability.
