With the rapid development of information technology, the time of knowledge operation has come for the economic growth mode, information technology enterprise faced with the ever-changing market challenges and increasing competition in the industry of the abstract. Demand for software into the geometric growth, the requirement of software complexity and scale, the function point also increases. The delivery capability of an independent organization has been unable to meet the customers all of the proposed requirements.In transnational virtual teams, knowledge transfer activities can be found in almost entire working process. How to make efficient and accurate knowledge transfer within individual or organization, is a significant problem which waiting to be solved. But by the limitation of space-time, cultural background and organization-structure, transnational virtual team always meet many difficulties because of the lack of effective communication mechanism.Literature research and qualitative analysis are used integrated in this paper, starting with the analysis of multinational projects characteristics, through in-depth study of knowledge transfer and communication management, combined with domestic and foreign theoretical research achievements of related issues, build a set of communication mechanism of knowledge transfer for transnational project teams. This mechanism was applied and vaired by an actual project in order to check the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism. Hopefully, this paper may provide a reference basis to expand international business for enterprises and related professionals in the practical work, enabling them to establishing effective communication mechanism and feel comfortable in their projects.
