Research On Business Model Innovation Of Enterprises Of Strategic Emerging Industry

The development of strategic emerging industry is a vital engine for both theimprovement of our national economy and reaching the top point. On8thSep.2010, prime minister, Mr. Wen Jiaobao, noticed that new energy, with other6kinds of strategic industries would lie a key position in improving our economyon the conference of the State Council, and the development of strategicemerging industry is based on the development of enterprises which belong tostrategic emerging industry. In this thesis, enterprises of strategic emergingindustry are abbreviated as strategic emerging enterprises. Although with theassistant of our government, our strategic emerging enterprises have improved alot, most of which have faced the problems about the insufficiency of innovationdriving force of business model, homogenization of business, etc. The key ofmodern enterprises competition is the competition of business model, sotechnology driving innovation business model would play an important role inthe future for our strategic emerging enterprises. Therefore, in order to boost theimprovement of strategic emerging enterprises and make our strategic emergingenterprises be prominent in the fierce international competition, much endeavorshould be placed on the way of exploring the rule of business model of strategicemerging enterprises.First, by referring to the domestic and foreign research on the connotation,construction elements, and innovation of business model, combined withessential characteristics of strategic emerging enterprises, the following resultsare reached.(1) The connotation of strategic emerging enterprises’ businessmodel innovation was defined scientifically.(2) Concept model of strategicemerging enterprises’ business model innovation under technology drivingconcept was constructed based on characteristics of pre-leading technology.(3) On the basis of analysis of current situation of strategic emerging enterprises, theprocess of business model innovation and the reaction among enterprises’abilities were revealed.(4) Based on the theory of self-organization, changingmechanism of business model of enterprises innovation was analyzed, andperiodical characteristics of strategic emerging enterprises’ business modelinnovation was constructed. Second, based on the corresponding relationshipbetween the periods of business model innovation and enterprises’ ability,identification standard of innovation period of business model was assured,meanwhile from the factors of business model innovation, innovation routines ofenterprises’ business model in different periods were designed. Based on theevaluation of enterprises’ capabilities, strategic emerging enterprises’ businessmodel innovation period was assured, what’s more, suggestions which couldpromote the strategic emerging enterprises’ business model innovation wasprovided. Third, a good example of a real enterprise, Wu Xi Shang De, was takeninto the model, and relative advises were put forward. The aim of this thesis is tooffer scientifically theoretical guide and decision consultation for strategicemerging enterprises’ business model innovation.
