Interaction Model And Its Simulation Analysis Between The Technological Innovation And Strategic Emerging Industry Development

In recent years, Strategic Emerging Industry has shown a good momentum of development with the support and encouragement of policy as well as the promoting dominant position of enterprise technological innovation. And the leading role of technological innovation is becoming increasingly prominent for economy and society. On the one hand, the development of strategic emerging industries requires continuous technological innovation. The advantages of promoting industrial development by technological innovation are increasingly clear. On the other hand, the vigorous development of strategic emerging industries has provided technological innovation with right direction and strong support. There is tense interaction between technology innovation and strategic emerging industries. To this end, studying the interaction between technological innovation and the development of strategic emerging industries as well as defining the various dynamic factors’ role with system dynamics method are of great practical significance for promoting technological innovation and to drawing up reasonable industrial development policy.This article intends to find out the current situation of strategic emerging industries and technological innovation, and then analyzes the dynamic factors from investment, output, marketing, financial environment, government policy and other aspects based on technical innovation theory and characteristics. As following, it describes the dynamic interaction between these factors, constructs technological innovation chain and strategic emerging industries chain. On this basis, this article constructs a system dynamics model of the interaction between technology innovation and strategic emerging industrial development, and processes further system simulation with the help of data collection to clear the key factors. Subsequently, it studies how the various factors effects the system behavior as well as the influence extent through simulation experiments. Finally, it provides strategic advice for strategic emerging industry to enhance technological innovation capability and the level of industrial development.
