Research On Evolution Mechanism Of Chinese Strategic Emerging Industries Collaborative Innovation System

The concept "Chinese strategic emerging industry" was proposed during a crucial period for China's economic and social development,which represents the new direction of development for science and technology and also reflects the industry system of current trend of world economic development.In the early stages of industrial development,strategic emerging industry is strategic,knowledge-intensive and prospective.In terms of its development in China,there are still some problems,such as lack of technological innovation and shortage of international competitiveness.The root of these problems is that we haven't established a technological innovation system which can adapt to the advanced technology,so that there is a lack of motivation in the technological innovation.According to the issues mentioned above,this paper carries out a detailed analysis and research on the evolution mechanism and process of the system,based on the collaborative innovation system for Chinese strategic emerging industry.It aims to find an effective way to enhance technological innovation capability of China's strategic and emerging industries and in turn to achieve the overall goal of promoting industrial development and economic and social progress.In research content,on the basis of reviewing the innovation system theory,synergetic theory and complex adaptive systems theory,the paper defines the concept and connotation of the Chinese strategic emerging industry collaborative innovation system,analyzes its characteristics and complex adaptation,and constructs its operation model.Second,the paper analyzes the evolution's internal and external driving forces of the strategic emerging industry collaborative innovation system,and explains the bifurcation,mutation,and emerging of the strategic emerging industry collaborative innovation system using the complex adaptive system theory and reveals its evolution mechanism.Moreover,the paper determines the order parameter and control parameter of the strategic emerging industry collaborative innovation system,establishes and analyzes the system evolution equation and its evolution track.At last,from the system's order parameter and control variables,this paper puts forward some suggestions that can benefit the industrial development.Here are the main innovations of this paper.First,it presents the concrete connotation of Chinese strategic emerging industry collaborative innovation system,noting that the system includes five main subsystems:manufacturer,academic institutions,governments,customers,agency,and it analyzes the system's characteristics and the related application,and construct its operation model.Second,it analyzes the internal and external factors of the system's evolution.Using the complex systems theory,it explains its evolutionary path,bifurcation,mutation process,and reveals its evolution mechanism.Furthermore,it determines the order parameter,establishes and solves the evolution equation,and come up with the evolution trajectory.Finally,the trajectory is divided into four stages:infancy,growth,maturity and transition.The characteristics and development of each are also presented.
