Study On The Influence Of Organizational Innovation Elements To Performance In Circular Economy

As a pillar industry of the national economy gradually, manufacturingbecome the most dominant economic sector. It plays an important role onChinese economic development. However, due to technical conditions, historicalconcepts and other reasons, there have been various problems to the developmentprocess of Chinese manufacturing industry, such as waste of resources, risinglabor costs, overcapacity, which leading to the gradual slowdown in themanufacturing industry. The manufacturing sector needs to restrict to thedirection of cycle economic. The organizations need to innovate to adapt themodel of cycle economic development.As the global competition becomes violent and the competitive environmentbecomes more and more complex, organizational innovation will become a toolto gain competitive advantage. Which factors make the organization moreinnovative project has become an important business concern. As one of the mainenterprise economy, to adapt to the circular economy environment,manufacturing need to constantly organizations innovate. Organizationalinnovation will become a major weapon to adapt cycle economic environment. Inthis paper, it determines the evaluation factors including organizationalinnovation elements and organizational performance through investigation. Itbuilds a conceptual model which reflects the relationship between them in thecycle economic environment. It determined the elements of organizationalinnovation impact on organizational performance relationship.In this paper, based on the status between home and abroad,we define themeaning the innovative elements of the organization of recycling economy firstly,summary the circular economy development model and organizations features combined with the status of China’s manufacturing enterprise development,analyze the organizations innovative elements. Clear the relation between cycleeconomic environment and organizational innovation, and to decide the operatingmode of circular economy in manufacturing, and then proposes organizationalinnovation requirements, analyze the organizational innovation system behaviorunder circular economy. In this paper, we break the traditional organizationalperformance assessment indicators, propose a new measure of performanceindicators, and then we build an equation model to estimate the impact oforganizational innovation elements on organizational performance. Finally, westart the actual situation analysis of the Huatai Group, which aimed at findingways that improve higher performance.
