Research On Organizational Structure Innovation Of The Manufacturing Enterprise In Circular Economy

With the development of economy, the contradiction between economy and environment worsening, manufacturing enterprises in the pursuit of economic interests of environmental cost is becoming more and more high, resources, environment problem has become the main factors which restrict the development of the manufacturing enterprise economic, the emergence of circular economy can help manufacturers solve this contradiction, realize win-win situation of economy and environment. The circular economy model which is a sustainable improvement economic model, requests the manufacturing enterprise in the production of source as far as possible to reduce resource inputs, to improve efficiency of resource utilization in the process of production, to recycle resource at the end of the production. With the emergence of circular economy, more and more manufacturing enterprises begin to explore organization structure innovation in circular economy, organizational innovation in manufacturing enterprises, explore the path of the transformation from the traditional consume resources as the main economic mode to the sustainable development. Structure innovation is core of the organizational innovation which is composed of culture, process and structure innovation, thus manufacturing enterprises search for the ultimate goal of the recycle economy is the innovation of organizational structure, so manufacturers explore the transformation path from traditional mode to the circular economy development model is the innovation of organizational structure.The paper studies the organization structure innovation of manufacturing enterprise in circular economy, on the basis of related research at home and abroad. First of all, this paper studies the effect of circular economy for manufacturing enterprises and dynamic resistance, analyzes manufacturing enterprise management object, manufacturing technology and the change of the boundary, these changes forcing it must carry out the innovation of organizational structure, analyzes dynamic resistance, it is concluded that only the inner power of organizational structure innovation is greater than the resistance, the structure innovation is feasible. The second, researches the process of enterprise organization structure innovation in circular economy, analyzes disadvantages of manufacturing enterprise department system organizational structure in circular economy, designs the principle, framework, responsibility and power distribution of the new organization structure, analyzes the process of enterprise organization structure innovation, including manners, flow, controls and adjustments, creates a new mode based on the process of the flexible organization structure. The third, studies manufacturing enterprise organization structure innovation effect simulation modeling, using system dynamics simulation, draw the causality diagram on the basis of defining the innovation effect, then draw a system flow diagram on the basis of cause and effect diagram according to system dynamics modeling steps, after model establishment tests its validity. Finally, research the empirical, analyzes agent, innovation process of the A company in circular economy, simulates structure innovation effect of the A company.
