The research about Organizational learning, organizational innovation, organizationalperformance begins with the developed countries. In those countries, relationships oforganizational learning, organizational innovation and organizational performance are moretheoretical and empirical and theory is more mature. In our country, research has focused onthe last two decades. The study of Zhejiang province is in the blank. For example, since Chinajoin in WTO, Ningbo enterprises in all aspects have made great progress and development tostimulating economic development in Ningbo. Ningbo enterprises have not dependent ongovernment with self-reliance characteristics, which almost small and medium enterprises. Itneeds the study of organizational innovation, organizational learning and organizationalperformance relationship for Ningbo enterprises.In this study of the past on organizational learning, organizational innovation andorganizational performance based on a comprehensive review of research literature, seniormanagers and human resources directors of50enterprises in Ningbo had join the survery, andabout100questionnaires were issued and96of them were available. The research usesSPSS15.0and AMOS18.0software for data analysis. The results are as follows:1The organizations learning needs management and technological innovation means toimprove organizational performance results. Study found that organizational learning can notdirectly influence organizational performance, organizational innovation must indirectly affectorganizational performance.2In addition to the management of innovation, organizational learning has a directpositive impact, technology innovation, management innovation also has a direct positiveeffect. Enterprises need to focus on learning commitment, shared vision of an open mind andto enhance the training and level of technological innovation, thereby contributing to the internal personnel and management of innovation, organization and structure of the level ofinnovation.3The management of innovation and technological innovations on organizationalperformance has a direct positive effect. Technical innovation management innovation ascompared with the influence of the greater organizational performance, companies should payattention to the internal organizational structure and management personnel the level ofinnovation is to promote the company’s own performance improvement.
