Building materials industry macro and micro environment is gradually changing, not only has the effects of structural adjustment of the government industrial policy, there are changes in the economic growth mode, building materials industry development in the future will be turned to increase in the amount of pure, with emphasis on the quality of growth way of development.Market pioneer in the enterprise has a certain technology and brand advantage, but because the technology is very easy to imitate, after open the product market, the pioneer into the enterprise faced with the larger cost competition pressure, so, corporate positioning and strategy development, become pioneer into the rapidly developing enterprise competitive market, the focus of the market competitive advantage. Because this article chooses the KB company in yunnan province is a pioneer in enterprise, this paper is to research how the enterprise to the enterprise, through the reasonable development strategy of specified, in the future development is not repelled by the entrants.Based on the case study of KB company, put forward the market pioneer in the enterprise development strategy, provides the reference for the enterprisestrategic choice.
