Study On The Risk Management Of Credit Card Of Construction Bank Of China In H Branch

This paper take H branch of China construction bank for example, assesses itscredit card business risk management in credit card business when-issued stage,circulation stage and released stage based on the related theoretical research. Andfinally evaluates the results and puts forward corresponding risk control strategy.Firstly, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on credit cardbusiness risk management. Then briefly discusses the definition, classification andfeatures of the credit card risk and its risk management. These basic concepts andtheories lay a theoretical foundation for this paper’s further study.Based on the overall process of credit card business, this paper divides the creditcard business circle into three stages when-issued stage, circulation stage andreleased stage. Then the risk factors of the three stages were analyzed respectively.Therefore, the risk control issue of established case was put forward.Then based on the above analysis of risk factors, this paper constructs the creditcard business risk assessment index system and the risk evaluation model, and carrieson the comprehensive evaluation using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodand analytic hierarchy process. Through the evaluation, this paper concludes that theestablished case’s credit card business risk level belongs to medium and there’snecessary for taking necessary measures to control its risks.Lastly, according to the analysis of risk factors and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation result, this paper puts forward corresponding risk control strategies direct atthe when-issued stage, circulation stage and released stage respectively.
