In recent years, the global car and auto parts producers are flocking to China, which makes great influence to the auto parts industry in China. At the same time China vehicle market demand increase intensely, the space of auto parts industry development is large. But along with the market environment continues to mature and the competition intensified day by day, vehicle prices and profits continue to decline, the vehicle manufacturers transfer risk and cost pressures to their suppliers. China auto parts industry is facing unprecedented challenge. Therefore, China’s auto parts industry and enterprise operating performance directly affects the development of national economy. Many companies have recognized that setting a scientific and rational assessing system has great importance to ensure company strategic goal become true. So how to make a scientific and effective assessing system is what some companies are researching now.The article have introduced the performance evaluation system and combination of the market environment at home and abroad and analyzed the present situation of assessing system in Changsha Hitachi automotive Electric Co., Ltd, which have issued the problem of the assessing system about the production staff and designed a suitable assessing system combined the actual situation of the company. Including performance evaluation index and its standard, the weight of performance appraisal, the performance evaluation, the performance evaluation cycle and other aspects. Finally, put forward some measures regarding the problems that maybe arise in implementing assessing system to ensure the implementation of new performance evaluation system from the system, organization, personnel and culture smoothly.Performance management is an Auxiliary tool that make the company strategic goal become true, from the research of the existed problem of the production staff performance appraisal of Changsha Hitachi automotive Electric Co., Ltd and effective objective decomposition and gradual implementation, so that the company can achieve the goal. On this basis, straighten out the company’s management system, improve the management level, improve the performance of individual employees so as to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
