The Market of Automobile starter and generator's grows no more that rapidly,European automobile market policy changed,a great number of products parts localized,the whole international market share is high competitive,all those reasons led to a decrease volume in automotive products business area.In this context,Bosch aims to be the pioneer leader of Industry 4.0,in order to improve the productivity,continuesely reduce the costs,meanwhile enhance the ability to provide trainings to employees as important as the other topics.Increase employees own knowledge power and develop their innovation abilities,are the purpose to increase the inner drive force to the company.Training could provide human capital for the company to add value itself,to meet the challenges from market,and be well prepared for all mentioned above.This undoubtedly proposed higher requirement to training management.Back to the statement,current status of training management in Bosch Changsha Company will be in detail observed and analysed,the mainly findings in current status are as followed:current training demand research and analyse method and training plan design could not balance the company change development and growing employee's demand.The training organization is not precise.directly leads the final effect of the training not obvious;the training mode is too formalized to gain employee's attraction.There is no clear process for internal trainer,no special manage method to internal trainer,the qualification of the trainer and quality of the course could not be ensured.Trainings were not timely evaluated,the training effect is not reflecting to the trainer or the trainee,there is not further analyse to the evaluation form,nor aimed improvement.This work is based on abundant literature material,in purpose of problem solving,continues improvement,enhance competency,and the study will be digged in from working process,responsibility,working instruction,with method of workshop,questionnaire,statistic analyse,induction summarize and etc.,in order to find a better excutable plan,target to current shortage in training demand collection,training organization,training implementation for the direct worker,internal trainer management and training evaluation afterwards.The developed training system is based on competence model and should be coincidence with company strategy goal,follow the systematical standard,enclosed employee's career development.To those barrier may caused during the implementation,the solution proposal will be raised in advance.Supporting measurements will be generated from management system,organization and other sections.In order to enhance employees' satisfaction and performance,meanwhile to realize the company strategy goals.The result of this study will enhance the competence,passion and satisfaction of employee,furthermore enhance employeement and performance of employee,final target is to deliver and keep the excellet talent group,to improve the whole companys performance.This result will provide a great reference value to support company strategy purpose.
