In recent years, with the accelerated process of economic globalization and China entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), foreign trade system and policy is further reformed. State-owned enterprises and private enterprises are going to involve international trade business; they actively promote their independent products to overseas, international trade has gradually become an important part of economic growth. However, our foreign trade companies are suffering great pressure, because of our foreign trade enterprises lacked in management level and competitiveness in international market, coupled with the international financial crisis, RMB appreciation, rising production costs, trade friction and etc. Consequently, China foreign trade companies need to solve such urgent and arduous subjects as quickly as possible. They are included How to face with the pressure of market competition, how to choose suitable marketing strategy, optimize management mode and working procedure, how to better understand customer needs and strengthen customer relationship management, in order to improve enterprise management level, enhance core competitiveness.Based on the study of international marketing theories, this paper analyzes the macro environment of foreign trade, and reviews the future prospects of foreign trade industry to lay a foundation for the marketing improvement. According to actual situation, researching on marketing situation of MH International Trading Company, and five kinds of treats on the basis of Potter’s Five Force Model, try to find out the company facing trouble and challenges. In order to find marketing strategy of international trade effectively, increase the company’s overall competitive strength, the paper discusses to establish the customer-centric" marketing ideas, and implement customer relationship management solution. Finally, this paper focused on rapid development of E-commerce background, gives some suggestion on network marketing strategies.Through collecting ideas from present marketing management mode, and excellent marketing management concepts, the paper aims to help enterprise to adjust marketing strategy timely, in order to meet the long-term development. At the same time, it is also helpful to improve enterprise management level, raise customer satisfaction and loyalty. It hopes to be little practical significance to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
