Research On The Upgrade Of Resource Logistics Industry Cluster

Resource is the basis of promoting economic and social development, and the rolelogistics industry plays in the economic development is increasingly obvious. With thegradual depletion of resources, the industry--resource logistics industrial cluster thatdepend on resources, has shown serious recession phenomenon, but also it got theeconomic development into trouble.Therefore, it is of great significance to research thethe upgrading of resource logistics industrial cluster, and to adjust the direction ofdevelopment of the logistics industry cluster resource type.Firstly, this paper defined the concept and characteristics of the logistics industrycluster resource type and gave resource logistics industry cluster the evolution path oflife cycle and dynamic analysis mechanism. Then based on analyzing the presentsituation of the upgrade of Fuxin, Fushun, Jiaozuo, Zaozhuang and Liaoyuan fiveresource logistics industry cluster,analyzed the key factors on upgrade of resourcelogistics industry cluster from three aspects of resources and environment, thegovernment and the cluster. Next, horizontal comparative analyzed the five resourcelogistics industrial cluster upgrade status and longitudinal analyzed of logistics industryupgrade status of Fuxin. Gave the influence of regional economy on the resourcelogistics industry cluster and the interactive relationship between economy andupgrading of resource logistics industry cluster, made a quantitative analysis by usingpanel data model. Furthermore,from the inside, outside the two kinds of mode, gave thespecific pattern and upgrade path of resource logistics industry cluster, gave thedevelopment mode and path of resource logistics industrial cluster. Finally, the targetedmeasures and suggestions of logistics industrial cluster upgrading were given.The research of resource logistics industrial cluster upgrading can not onlypromote the sustainable development of the logistics industry cluster resource type, butalso provide favorable conditions for economic growth. And can contribute to makingspecific planning and guidance for resource logistics industrial cluster upgrading and providing support for government decision making, it helps to improve overallcompetitiveness of resource logistics industrial cluster in our country.
