At present, the development cycle of jewelry industry in China go intoremission stage, facing many problems and challenges. Hunan FCR Jewelry Co. Ltd.has laid certain foundation in the development of competition in the industry andmarket restructuring in the process of long-term, but the development of the internaland external environment is more complex, its problems are more.This paper is based on the relevant theories of management of enterprisecompetition strategy, the use of PEST and Potter’s five forces model analysis toolssuch as the face of Hunan FCR Jewelry Co. Ltd.’s external environment was analyzed,identify opportunities and threats of the main, while the Hunan FCR Jewelry Co. Ltd.,the company’s internal resources and capabilities are analyzed, recognition the mainadvantages and disadvantages, and then by the method of SWOT analysis to constructHunan FCR Jewelry Co. Ltd. competitive strategy, in order to smooth implementationof better security enterprise strategy, put forward many aspects from mechanismoptimization, marketing, brand building and optimization under the correspondingstrategy implementation of specific measures, and from the performance evaluation,management, internal control human resource, informationization level and putsforward the corresponding strategic implementation safeguard measures.In this study, the integrated use of the theory of enterprise competition strategymanagement as the research support, the selection of research object also sought totypical and representative, and issues related to the systemic research on the strategicdevelopment of Hunan FCR Jewelry Co. Ltd., comprehensive support to technologyresearch and application of the theory of the professional application makes theresearch process more for the strict norms, the conclusion of the study have thecorresponding professional, credibility and operability. The conclusions can providesome reference for the development of future Hunan FCR Jewelry Co. Ltd..
