In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and upgrading of consumption structure,especially the vigorous rise of new energy automobile industry,new energy vehicle accessory products has been developing rapidly.At the same time,more and more domestic new entrants are entering the market,industry competition will become intense,domestic enterprises will face enormous competition pressure.Many new energy vehicle accessory companies attach great importance to enterprise development and regard it as an important decision factor in determining whether a company survives or not.According to the current market development and industry competition,the primary task of the new energy vehicle accessory company is to study the company’s development strategy,determine the company’s business content and development ideas,and identify and seize market opportunities.The paper has studied Hunan Hiboridd Electrical Intelligence Control Technology Co.,Ltd developing strategy.First of all,this paper reviews and summarizes the theories related to the strategic management of enterprise development,and puts forward the research content and research methods of this paper.And then,we use PEST analysis to analyze the macro external environment of the company,use Porter’s five-force model to analyze the development of the company’s industry,and analyze the company’s current strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and threats through SWOT analysis.Then on the basis of the analysis of the former and the practical situations of the company,the strategic objectives of the development of the company are formulated.Moreover,we believe that: the growth strategy is the general strategy of the company’s development;intensive growth strategy and integration strategy are the company’s management strategy;the functional level strategies include brand strategy,market strategy,product strategy,marketing strategy and R&D strategy.Finally,The paper puts forward the implementation measures from six aspects: optimizing organizational structure and human resource system,accelerating technology research and development,perfecting marketing system,embedding industrial chain i n the park,reducing cost and building quality system.At the same time,the proposed safeguard measures include scientific management guarantee,corporate culture guarantee,financing and asset management guarantee and informatization guarantee.All thes e will ensure the effective implementation of corporate strategies..This paper studies Hunan Hiboridd Electrical Intelligence Control Technology Co.,Ltd developing strategy by using relevant theories of company strategic management,and identifies the future business objectives and trends of the company from a high-level perspective.This research will optimize business models,optimize portfolio resources,enhance corporate resilience,improve market risk prefabrication capabilities,and enhance market competitiveness of this company.Further more,this paper has a comprehensive,universal,authoritative guiding significance for other new energy vehicle accessory companies.
