The Research Of Human Rural Banking’ Problems And Suggests

Village Banks are playing an increasingly important role in supporting rural development. And there are internal structure problems along with the development of its own. So that we analyzed problems of rural Banks through literature research, on-the-spot investigation method, and comparison analysis method in this paper.Firstly We have carried on the induction and summarized the research results of the development of rural Banks by consulting literature and collecting related data both at home and abroad, and at the same time we have analyzed the theory related to rural Banks systematically. On the basis of this, we have analyzed the background of development of hunan rural Banks from the aspects of economic and fiscal, financial and insurance and thinking that hunan rural areas achieved great economic fiscal, financial development in recent years which is good to the development of hunan rural Banks. After analyzing the background of the development of village Banks of hunan, the article analyzed the problem of the village Banks in the development again in detail and founding that there are some problems in hunan village Banks such as control mechanism, poor profitability and lacking of financial products and services.We strengthen risk control in the following aspects:firstly raising the level of supervision, then improving the ability of risk control, lastly promoting risk awareness training of hunan village bank staff. To improve profitability, the author put forward to suggesting in the following aspects:firstly promoting hunan profit model innovation of village Banks, then promoting staff quality enhancement of hunan village bank, lastly making develop market positioning of hunan village Banks clearly. To Promote the development of financial products and services, the author put forward to suggesting in the following aspects:firstly the development of middle business, then promoting financial market segmentation of hunan rural bank,lastly promoting innovation of hunan village Banks followed by the industry of agricultural products.
