Study On Financing Problems Of Rural Residents In Hunnan Province

With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, in promoting China’s economic development and at the same time, the social competition intensified. Especially in the rural areas, this group compared to urban residents, has some disadvantages, especially in financial management, financial management capacity is relatively low. In the social background of the urbanization, because of lack of financing ability, causes them to use their wealth to gain more income, initiation of life predicament. In2013November, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences Forum, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed to steadily push forward the rural reform, create conditions to give farmers more property rights. Through the reasonable financial management, it can well meet the rural residents get more economic benefit demand.In this regard, the financial problems of rural residents in Hunan Province as the research object, based on relevant theoretical analysis on rural finance, analyzed the existing problems of financial management of rural residents in Hunan Province, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems, in order to improve the management level of rural residents, allowing farmers to realize income.This study is divided into seven parts, respectively:the first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the research background, purpose, significance, present situation as well as the ideas, methods; the second part is the rural financial theory, mainly discusses the theoretical knowledge related to rural residents’ financial management; the third part is the analysis of rural residents in Hunan the provincial financial supply and demand, mainly from the rural residents of Hunan Province financial needs, financial supply, make a comprehensive analysis of the rural financial supply and demand; fourth part is the analysis of the financial status of rural residents in Hunan Province, mainly discusses the problems of rural residents in Hunan Province of financial management, and the questionnaire analysis; the fifth part analyses the restriction factors rural residents in Hunan province of financial management, mainly from the income level, age and other aspects of the factors restricting the rural residents of Hunan province finance; the sixth part is the development of rural residents in Hunan Province financial advice, aims at solving the problems of rural residents in Hunan province of financial management, put forward specific development proposals; the seventh part is the conclusion and prospect, mainly is carries on the summary to this research, and puts forward the prospect of future research.
