FDI growth toa certain extent the manufacturing, to improve the efficiency of manufacturingindustry, promote the development of the manufacturing export trade, promote themanufacturing from the inbound to export trade and developments, the FDI hasalready become the important factors that affect Beijing manufacturingcompetitiveness.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of FDI effect on Beijing manufacturingcompetitiveness, on the basis of constructing the comprehensive Beijingmanufacturing industry competitiveness evaluation index system, and on this basis toestablish the CGE model, based on the SAM matrix of the data from FDI impact onBeijing manufacturing competitiveness factors in the research and analysis, throughanalysis of the impact of various variables CGE model, we can clearly understand theFDI affect the path in the process of promoting manufacturing competitiveness inBeijing. Research results show that the influence of technical parameters on theBeijing manufacturing competitiveness has a critical value, only when the technologyrapid development up to a critical value, industry technology innovation will have topromoting effects on the economy as a whole, prompted competitiveness promotion,increase economic output. The increase of foreign capital can bring the increase ofBeijing manufacturing output, but only a moderate amount of foreign capital canpromote the competitiveness of the manufacturing in Beijing, otherwise you will havea negative impact, causing the deterioration of Beijing manufacturing competitiveness.The improvement of industry concentration will bring Beijing manufacturing outputgrowth, will also lead to an improvement in manufacturing competitiveness in Beijing,but the excessive expansion of Beijing manufacturing competitiveness brings negativeeffect.
