Based On DEA Method Manufacturing Enterprise Financial Management Ability Evaluation Research

On the way to manufacturing powerhouse, how to improve enterprise competitiveness is very important. The rapid development of economy makes the enterprise face the fierce competition increasingly. To survive and grow in the fierce competition, enterprises must be more competitive, especially through the enhancement of core-competence to achieve sustained advantage to the next competition. Whichis theimportant problems for the enterprises.In this paper, we study the financial management ability that is an important part of enterprise core competitiveness, financial management ability is the combination of financial work and practice management experience is one of the important resources of enterprises which can create value.Improve financial management ability of the first step is to evaluate the enterprise financial management ability, and find their advantages and disadvantages, so in order to treat itpurposefully. It is the key to improve the weak link in principle, and make full use of the barrel which can improve the efficiency of the enterprises in the financial management, then it can enhance enterprise competitiveness.In this paper, the main research work:first of all, based on previous literature to extract the evaluation methods both at home and abroad, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and demonstrates the feasibility to select the DEA method as the evaluation method of evaluation of enterprise financial management ability. And then determine the components of enterprise financial management ability, combining with practice analysis, according to the results of the analysis to set up the evaluation index system, based on the characteristics of manufacturing determine its input and output indicators,49manufacturing industry with our country market is analyzed on the basis of sample.
