Enterprises Imported Technology Innovation Ability Evaluation Index System Study

As China is a developing country, technological introduction is the importantsource which improved the technological level. However, this mode always made uspassive. We should do more research on the technology we introduced into ourcountry, and reinnovate to improve our technological level and our competitive ability.So technological introduction reinnovation is a fitable mode to China. Enhance thetechnological introduction reinnovation abilities of enterprises plays an important rolein the existence and development of our enterprises.The thesis makes a profound analysis on technological introduction reinnovationabilities evaluation system. First, we discussed the meanings of technologicalintroduction reinnovation, and analyzed the four modes of technological introductionreinnovation. Then this thesis expatiated the meanings and characters of technologicalintroduction reinnovation abilities. We analyzed the aspects of the system oftechnological introduction reinnovation abilities and their implications. Then weadopted the theories and methods of system engineering and the conclusions of theother specialists, established the index system of technological introductionreinnovation, which was made up of six categories, and twenty five indicators.According to study of the common evaluation methods, analysis their advantage andshortcoming, and also consider the aspects of the index system of technologicalintroduction reinnovation, we decided the suitable evaluation method-TOPSIS, andused AHP to quantify the index weight. At last, we implement the application of theenterprise technological introduction reinnovation abilities evaluation methods toprove the index system's applied value.
