Study On The Construction Of Innovation Ability Evaluation Index System Of R&D Personnel In Internet Enterprise

With the advent of globalization,technology changes with each passing day,the customer is becoming more and more critical,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.For the modern enterprise,the construction of the core competitiveness is the key to gain the competitive advantage,and the innovation is the important means for the enterprise to gain the competitive advantage,research and development(R&D)personnel as the main body of enterprise innovation,its innovation ability and innovation level is the important source of enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the Internet is no stranger to us.Many Internet companies have sprung up quickly.For the rapid development of Internet companies,the development and improvement of R&D personnel innovation capability is the focus of management.Reviewing the previous literature,most research mainly focuses on the whole innovation ability of the enterprise.The research on the individual innovation ability of the R&D personnel is not enough.Moreover,most of the researchers focuses on the theoretical research and innovation capacity,such as the number of papers published,the number of applications,and lacks of innovation ability in practical sense.Based on previous research results,this paper uses the literature,interview and questionnaire survey method to analyze the elements of the innovation capability of R&D personnel in Internet enterprise,and then uses the method of cluster analysis and analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system of innovation capability of R&D personnel in Internet enterprise.The index system contains three primary indicators:the outer layer,the middle layer,and the inner layer.The outer layer includes six secondary indicators:professional technical,action,communication,information,thinking,learning ability,the middle layer includes three secondary indicators:work attitude,values,teamwork spirit,the inner layer includes two secondary indicators:personality and innovation consciousness,And then calculate the weight of each index.Based on this evaluation system,this paper empirically analyzes the innovation capability of R&D personnel in Internet enterprise in Beijing.In order to provide reference for the personnel selection,training and development,performance appraisal of Internet enterprise,and provide guidance to the improvement of the innovation ability of R&D personnel.
