The further development of social economy and social culture, thetransformation of social system, the unreasonability of the culture and themanagement system of enterprise are combined to form the driving force of "overwork"; family-work support resources and personal achievement motivation arecombined to induce the will of "over work"; personal quality, knowledge, skills,health status and work particularity are combined to constitute the work pressure of "over work"; the interaction of the three role induces the laborer positively or passivelyto work intensively or work overtime, this kind of predatory use of talents, which notonly weakens the competitiveness of the human capital in China all over the world,but also hinders the sustainable development of the enterprise, even directlycontributes to the laborer’s physical and mental damage, and even "death fromoverwork", all of the aforementioned have caused very serious negative impact for thewhole society.This article combed the domestic and foreign research achievements of "overwork" from the following six aspects of the related concepts of "over work", themeasure of "over work", the degree of "over work", the causes of "over work", theconsequences of "over work" and the countermeasures of "over work", learnt thecurrent research status and progress of the related fields, also found the researchinsufficiency of the "localization" of the measure of "over work", the " systematicness"of the causes of "over work" and the "comprehensiveness" of the formationmechanism of "over work". Due to the limitations of existing technological means,this paper mainly discusses the latter two problems and makes some supplement andperfection.Based on the theoretical level, from the microcosmic, middle and macroscopicview, combined with the four subjects of nation, enterprise, family and individual, thispaper analyzes the influencing factors of "over work" and construct the formationmechanism model of "over work", which manifest the internal logical relationshipbetween various influencing factors and make it easy to have a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the causes of "over work". Meanwhile, from theformer three views and four subjects, this paper analyzes the guiding effect of "overwork", and further demonstrates the negative impact that "over work" brings tohealthy, harmonious and sustainable development of the whole society, which isurgent to solve.Finally, this paper puts forward the systemic coping strategies of "over work",which can be divided into two systems in six aspects, the two systems are the externalmultiparty support system and the internal self-adjusting system. The externalmultiparty support system can be divided into three levels: the nation, enterprises andfamily, the internal self-adjusting system can be divided into three levels: physical,psychological and behavioral. From the angle of the two systems and six levels, wecan comprehensively prevent and response the problem of "over work".
