Consumers pay more attention on the safety of products, and require products with higher quality. Thus dairy quality traceability is essential for the long term development of the dairy industry. In order to trace the supply chain of dairy products, it is necessary to trace and control the whole process of supply chain, including transportation and distribution. Information can only be shared and transferred by companies’trust and cooperation. Therefore, building a visible, controllable and traceable service mode of dairy products supply chain logistic provides an effective means to ensure quality.The paper puts forward a visible, controllable and traceable service mode of dairy products supply chain logistic via combining the demand of Chinese dairy supply chain traceability. By analyzing the problem of current supply chain mode and the whole process of dairy supply chain, we conclude the reason, effect and mechanism of the new mode. And it is concluded that the key is the trust and cooperation of supply chain members.The article researches on developing a trust relationship of the members under the basis of game theory. As we know, interest allocation is very important for trust system. Therefore, the article adopts Nash Jersey’s negotiation to distribute member’s interest and Sharp Value to optimize the interest allocation until realizing the maximum interest of supply chain and members. Finally, the paper designs a visible, controllable and traceable service system of dairy products supply chain logistic based on control tower. The solution makes it flexible for logistics management. And it can not only allocate according to the demands as well as manage supply chain, but also can it monitor the whole process of operation as well as handle the abnormal situation on the purpose of offering a comprehensive and perfect service for the whole dairy supply chain logistic.
