The supply chain of port logistics service take ports as a integrator, and it can bedefined as a functional network which effectively combines various service suppliers(which provide services such as port handling, processing, storage, freight, customsdeclaration, distribution and financial service) with customers (including consignorsand shipping companies). It distributes the right amount of goods to the right places atthe right time to minimize the cost. The cooperation between ports and logistics service suppliers is crucial forrealizing the long-term stability of supply chain. It is really theoretically significantand practically valuable to strengthening the research on the enterprise cooperationmodel and the profit allocation mechanism.in the port service supply chain. This paper elaborated on the enterprise cooperation mode in the supply chain ofport logistics service. Specifically, the main achievement of this research is asfollows:1. This paper analyzed and summarized the concept and systematic structure ofthe port logistics service supply chain; elaborated the raising and developing processof the port logistics service supply chain and analyzed its characteristics, functions, objectives and principles.2. This paper discussed the enterprise cooperation mode in the port logisticsservice supply chain. Three cooperation modes were studied. They are cross-sectionaland longitudinal cooperation mode, short-term and long-term cooperation mode, assetcooperation and outsourcing facility cooperation mode.3. The profit allocation mode in the port logistics service supply chain is study inthis paper. We analyzed the significance of enterprise profit allocation mode in theport logistics service supply chain and its current conditions. We discussed andcompared three profit allocation modes, which separately are fixed profit distributionmodel, mixed profit distribution model, and sharing profit distribution model.4. We combined profit allocation mode with game theory and put Ways of profitdistribution forward, which are based on the bargain model. If both parties involved in the supply chain choose their own effort level for the maximization of collectiveinterests, the expected net profit they obtain in the aggregate will be more than both orone part of them act for individual interests. Therefore, the cooperation mode in whichboth parties involved act for the maximization of collective interests produces moreprofits than other modes. There exists profit gapΔπbetween this mode and theothers. As for how to distribute profit gapΔπ, this paper introduced discount factor ofpatience and distributed the added profit basing on the Rubinstein bargain model.5. This paper took Tianjin Port as an example, elaborating on its cooperationmode of the logistics service supply chain. This paper described the condition ofTianjin Port’s development, analyzed its present situation and the experience of thecooperation among the domestic and foreign ports. Introduced the typical mode ofcooperation and profit allocation between Tianjin port and other local land ports.
