The Study On The Change Of Industrial Structure And Sustainable Development Of Economy In Jilin Province

Since reforming and opening, China’s economy has been rapid growth over30years. While accumulated a lot of wealth by expanding production scale andimproving the efficiency continuously, the industry structure brought a lot of hiddenproblems, which is a significant reduction in natural resources, deterioration of theenvironment, and a lot of social issues, which the gap between urban and ruraldevelopment expands increasingly serious, the quality of economic growth is not high.From the economic perspective, the heart of sustainable development is effectiveeconomic growth, which is not using the natural resources with the cost of decreasingactual income in the future, and pursing economic development without lowering thequality of the environment and the destruction of the environment. With the changesin the world economic environment, achieving sustainable economic development hasbecome one of China’s economic development goals as China’s economy has entereda new normal.Change in industrial structure is one of important factors for sustainableeconomic development. Changes in industrial structure and sustainable economicdevelopment have close relationship. This paper explores the influence of industrialstructure on sustainable economic development. First of all, analyzing Jilin industrialstructure situation and problems; next, measuring sustainable development by usingWorld Bank sustainable development indices and adding to adjusted net savings. Finally, assessing Jilin Province’s sustainable development by compared with otherprovinces. Analyzing the relationship between industrial structure and sustainabledevelopment.In the third part, using empirical analysis of demonstrate the influence ofindustrial structure on sustainable economic development.The last part is conclusion and policy recommendations.There are many researches from the perspective of industrial structure analysis ofeconomic growth, but from the changes is innovative according the background oftoday. The paper has a clear point by using the case analysis of Jilin province.Through the theory and empirical analysis of the influence of industrial structure onsustainable economic development, it can put forward their views on achievingsustainable economic development through industrial restructuring for Jilin Province.
