With the development of the marketization,private enterprise has becomeanimportant part of the market economy,and it makes great contribution to theevelopment of the society.But with the development of economy,the problem ofbusiness operation also appears,and the enterprise faces a lot of difficult questionsabout developing.One of the big and urgent problems that needs the privateenterprise to deal with is brain drain.Talented people are the motive force of anenterprise’s development,and if an enterprise has a lot of talented people,it will besuccessful or it will fail.Jimiandao company is a typical chain private enterprise of pastry focusing onproduction, research and development and sales.Jimiandao company was founded onJune,2002,and the development goal of the company is to build up the companywell,produce good product and build brand.In order to realize the goal,the companyneeds a talent team to promote the development of the enterprise.However theJimiandao company also faces the problem of brain drain,because of the problems ofoperation and management, the company loses a lot of talented people,and thecompany meets big trouble about management.This paper investigates and surveys about the pay satisfaction of servingofficer of Jimiandao company through data reduction,questionnaire andinterview,and also investigates and analyzes the leaving reasons of the separatingemployee.The data shows that the rate of employee turnover of Jimiandao companyrises year by year within5years,and the rate of every year is over15percent.Andthe leaving number of technical staff is high,also senior executive and people withhigh education leave frequently,and it is hard to save young talented people.The problems above are universal among private enterprise,therefore it has practicalsignificance for the management of food industry to solve the problems mentionedbefore.On the one hand it enriches the study material about the problem of braindrain of food industry and chain enterprise,On the other hand it has some referencefunction to improve the management of human resource.In order to solve theseproblems,this paper goes deep into the reasons of the problems,and it shows that themain reason of brain drain of Jimiandao company is low working efficiency ofmanagement team,unreasonable policy of motivation,unsound staff trainingsystem.Based on the analysis of the reason,the writer of this paper reads a lot ofdocuments of management of brain drain,and study symbolic management practiceof enterprise talents.Also the writer of this paper makes investigation and hasinterviews with staff,studying the measures of talent retention.According to the reason analysis of the problems of Jiliandao,this paperproposes comprehensive measures and suggestion on team building, C&B systembuilding,performance management building,staff training building and some otheraspects.
