From the beginning of the Reform and Open of China, private enterprises, especially the small and medium private enterprises have gaining full development, they are playing more and more important roles in local economy development, local finance revenue, supply the consumer demands and the forming of the socialism marketing economy system. But the Brain Drain which most private enterprises encountering, has became the neck of their development and many of the enterprises have vanished from the world.This paper discourses on the Brain Drain in ABC Corporation, which is a typical small and medium enterprise. By Case Study and Comprehensive Evaluation Method, this paper fully studied the reason, main features, influence and solutions to the Brain Drain in ABC Corporation. The study may give some positive effect on the study of Brain drain of domestic small and medium enterprises, and may give some case study supporting material for the Brain Drain study. At the same time, the study can help small and medium enterprise to improve their HR management level. Furthermore the study can improve the development of small and medium enterprises and the development of the private economy.There are five parts in this paper, the Chapter 1 is the introduction part, which mainly tells us why and how to begin the study. The Chapter 2 is the second part, which mainly summarizes the theory and literatures of the Brain Drain in the world wide. The Chapter 3 is the third part, mainly studies the main features of the Brain Drain in ABC Corporation, including brief introduction to ABC Corporation and the normal status, main features, the clauses, the influences of the Brain Drain in ABC Corporation. Chapter 4 is the forth part mainly discourses on the solutions to the ABC Corporation Brain Drain and this is the most important part of the paper. In this part, the main solutions to the Brain Drain in ABC Corporation have been stated and discussed, including managing level, salary and welfare system, employee educating and training system, employee using and competition system, corporation management system and corporate culture. The chapter 5 is the fifth part and is the conclusion of the study.Then the paper states the scientific solutions to the Brian Drain in ABC Corporation with strong pertinency and practicality, covering the area of executives managing skill, salary and welfare, performance management, employee educating and training, employee using and competition, modern corporation management and corporate culture. I want that this paper can give some reference to the solutions to Brain Drain in Chinese small and medium private enterprises and to the theory materials for the study of the domestic human resources management theory.
