Research On The Relationship Between The Local And Coal Mines After The Merger And Reorganization Of Enterprises Based On Game Theory

Coal is the main energy in China. The scientific development of coalindustry is more and more important. Making integration and restructuring ofcoal resources and achieving the sustainable development of coal industry hasbecome a major move as the prevalence of the coal industry in environmentalpollution, ecological damage, mining confusion, and poor safety in production.It is an important mean to the elimination of backward production capacity,protect the industry safety standards, improve industry concentration andresource utilization, increase value-added products, achieve large-scaleproduction, extend the coal industry chain, also an effective way to improvemine safety and security capabilities.However, in the actual coal mine merger integration process, due to avariety of complex factors, local government, local people, merger and mergedcoal have different attitudes about the integration and restructuring.It hasappeared various difficulties in the integration process. And it can not achievethe overall goal of satisfaction of merger and merged coal, local governmentand local people after the merger and reorganization.In this paper, the interest demands of participating parties (coal miningenterprises, local government, local people, merger integration is mine) hasbeen analyzed after the merger integration. The game model of coal miningenterprises and local governments, mining and the masses, coal mine workerswith the merger has been established. The root causes of conflicts ofstakeholders has been identified. The behavior patterns of the parties and rootcauses and factors has been analyzed specifically according to therepresentation problem. A lot of policy recommendations about building a harmonious relationship among merge and merged coal mine, local governmentand people have been proposed based on these factors.The possible innovations of this paper are:(1) The relationship amongmerger and merged coal mine and local government and people has beenselected as object of study which related to the functions of governmentrelations, corporate production, staff stability, and many other issues.(2) Usegame theory analysis of the demands and interests of the parties in the gamebehavior of mergers and acquisitions, mining relationships found contradictionsand find the equilibrium point by solving Mineral relations. Help government,coal and others in decision-making, provide research basis to building aharmonious relationship among coal mine, government and people.
