Evolutionary Analysis Of Coal Enterprise's Technological Innovation

With the economic globalization and knowledge-based economy coming, market competition becomes more and more intensely, and the role of technological innovation in competition become more obviously. Faced with such a complex environment, if enterprises want to get success in completion, it must carry out so as to promote the competence of enterprises. As an important energy companies, Coal enterprises have a determination role in promoting the development of national economy. The development of coal enterprises mainly rely on technological innovation, it only through carrying out technological innovation continuously, and more efficient, clean and safe to produce, so as to make the sound and sustainable development of coal enterprises. Therefore, studying on the technological innovation of coal enterprises has important practical significance.The coal enterprise's technology innovation is a dynamic process, using the static analysis methods cannot make accurate analysis; it is difficult to analyze the complex dynamic process of technological innovation. The evolutionary theory provides a new approach to study the complex economic phenomena. At present, many scholars in domestic or foreign already have combined the evolutionary theory and technical innovation to analysis; they study the technological innovation more scientific. Therefore, this paper will use evolutionary theory to analyze the process of coal enterprise's technological innovation; it can make people more profound and comprehensive to understand the process of coal enterprise's technological innovation.Based on reviewing the evolutionary theory of technological innovation, this paper analyses the power of the evolution of coal enterprise's technological innovation, and think the process of coal enterprise's technological innovation is a process of evolution. It also has three mechanisms:genetic, variation and selection. By analyzing the author established a framework of the evolution of coal enterprise's technological innovation, under this framework, it point out the direction of the choice of the coal enterprise's technological innovation model. In addition, this paper established the evolutionary game model of coal enterprise's technological innovation, and used the method of evolutionary game analysis to study the process of coal enterprise's technological innovation deeply, and draw the evolutionary stable strategy. Finally, this paper used Lu'an as a case, and analyzed the process of this enterprise's technological innovation. Based on case analysis, the author gets some Implications. It provides a reference for coal enterprise to carry out technological innovation.
